You may also want to consider donating your time by volunteering – our residents love visitors! Following are a variety of ways you can make a difference – thank you for your consideration!

Outright Giving

Outright Gifts: Gifts that can provide an immediate impact to Fahrney Keedy Home & Village (e.g., cash, marketable securities, real estate, personal (tangible) property). You can donate online now!


Insurance: Life insurance can be assigned, naming Fahrney Keedy Home & Village the policy owner and irrevocable beneficiary.

Retirement Accounts

Retirement Accounts: A variety of types of retirement accounts can be assigned, naming Fahrney Keedy Home & Village the beneficiary or contingent beneficiary.


Bequest: Gifts through bequests can be given as a designated amount or as a percentage of the estate. A bequest can be made through a trust or a will and you can stipulate whether the bequest is for general support or for a specific purpose. As a bequest donor, you will automatically become a member of the Fahrney Keedy Home & Village Legacy Society.

Life Income Trusts

Life Income Trusts: These trust arrangements allow the donor to transfer assets that generate income to the donor or donor’s assignee, annually.

Life Estate

Life Estate: The donor makes an irrevocable gift of real estate and retains the right to continue living in the property for life, after which the property is transferred to Fahrney Keedy Home & Village.

Pooled Income Fund

Pooled Income Fund: This fund includes gifts from several donors. The investment dollars are transferred from the fund to Fahrney Keedy Home & Village upon death of the beneficiary.
