UPDATE REGARDING COVID OUTBREAK:

Skilled Nursing:
We continue on Outbreak Status. Our current outbreak totals 21 residents and 43 staff members. Our first positive test was 10/19/23 with the most recent positive test, 2/14/24. We had 1 new resident positive and 2 new staff positives since last week’s letter. 

Assisted Living and Memory Care:
Continues on Outbreak Status, effective 1/10/24. Totals include 5 residents and 9 staff members. All residents are off isolation at this time. 

Testing:
We are only testing residents and staff who have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, who are symptomatic, and any new admissions to the facility. 

Mask Update:
All employees and visitors are required to wear masks at all times within the facility.

Visitation:
Visitors are not required to be vaccinated and they are not required to show proof of vaccination. If you have been exposed to COVID-19, we ask that you not visit at this time and test yourself. Family members are permitted to attend activities with residents. We require visitors to always wear a mask while in our facility.

If you should test positive for COVID-19 and have visited the facility within the last week prior to testing positive, please call the facility Infection Control Department and notify us of potential exposure.
