Now Accepting Presales

In the quiet, green, and rural parts of Washington County, Maryland, a senior living community delivers everything one would want for a home and neighborhood in their later years.  That community is Fahrney Keedy Senior Living Community.

An Initial Assessment and Service Plan is completed by the Director of Home Based Programs, and all of our Companions are monitored routinely for quality service performance. We’re exceptionally proud of our staff and confident of the quality of our service.

Fahrney Keedy Senior Living Community offers various accommodation options with several design customizations for flooring, cabinetry, and countertops.  Our current Phase III construction adds six new floor plans to our community ranging from 1,387 to 1,697 sq ft.

You’ll find a quality home in one of our quads, duplexes, and single-family cottages. The two to three-bedroom cottages are spacious (1,000 to 2,500 sq. feet) and comfortable with all the standard amenities of a home. Enjoy your days engaged in your favorite hobbies or at the parks, restaurants, and museums while we take care of the rest.

Residents can choose from the following customizations:

  • Covered, screened-in, or enclosed porches;
  • Fireplaces;
  • Gas and Electric;
  • Standing showers or walk-in tubs;
  • Single and double sink master bedrooms;
  • Partial- and full-height backsplash;
  • Waterfall-edge countertop on the kitchen island;
  • Appliances (white and stainless steel);
  • Ceiling fans; and
  • Wood mantle with stone surround.

Residents enjoy home-maintenance services such as:

  • Sewer, water, and trash services;
  • Lawn care; and
  • Snow removal.

Additionally, to enhance your well-being, Fahrney Keedy also offers on-site health services, including Outpatient Rehab, Adult Day Center, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing.

We are equally proud of our community-organized benevolent fund, which helps local senior citizens in need live comfortably in the area.
