There have been more COVID-19 positive cases involving residents and staff in both Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living.

Positive residents and staff have been identified and isolated per CDC recommendations.  At this time, residents who test positive are in isolation for 10 days. Staff are isolated for 7 days with the potential for 10 days depending on retesting. 

All staff in SNF will be wearing N95 masks and eye protection. We continue to encourage residents to wear masks when out of their rooms. We have canceled group activities over the next week and a half. Activity staff will still meet 1 on 1 with interested residents.
