COVID-19 Update 1/5/2024

UPDATE REGARDING COVID OUTBREAK:

Skilled Nursing:
Our covid cases are increasing. We continue on Outbreak Status with 26 total Covid cases- 7 Residents and 16 staff members. Our first positive test was 10/19/23, with the most recent positive test being 1/4/24.

All staff are required to wear a surgical mask while in the building. Residents are not required to wear a mask, but we do encourage masking if they are out of their rooms. All visitors must wear a mask as well.

Assisted Living and Memory Care: Off Outbreak

Testing:
We are only testing residents and staff who have been exposed to someone with covid, who are symptomatic and testing any new admissions to the facility.

Mask Update:
All employees and visitors are required to wear masks at all times within the facility.

Visitation:
Visitors are not required to be vaccinated and they are not required to show proof of vaccination. If you have been exposed to COVID-19, we ask that you not visit at this time and test yourself. Family members are permitted to attend activities with residents. We do require visitors to wear a mask while in our facility at all times.

If you should test positive for COVID-19 and have visited the facility within the last week prior to testing positive, please call the facility Infection Control Department and notify us of potential exposure.
