UPDATE REGARDING COVID OUTBREAK:

We remain on outbreak status. Our first positive test was in Skilled Nursing was 10/19/23, with the most recent positive test being 12/11/23. All staff are required to wear a surgical mask while working on the units. Residents are not required to wear a mask, but we do encourage masking if they are out of their rooms. All visitors are required to wear masks.

Assisted Living / Memory Care’s outbreak began on 11/13/23. Most recent positive test was 12/1/23.

The most recent positive test in SNF was 12/11/23.

2023-2024 Spikevax Covid-19 Vaccine:
Vaccines were administered to 1st floor residents with additional residents on 12/11/23. Memory care and Assisted Living are in the process of receiving their vaccines as well.

Testing:
We are only testing residents and staff who have been exposed to someone with covid, who are symptomatic and any new admissions to the facility.

Mask Update:
All employees and visitors are required to wear masks at all times within the facility.

Visitation:
Visitors are not required to be vaccinated and they are not required to show proof of vaccination. If you have been exposed to COVID-19, we ask that you not visit at this time and test yourself. Family members are permitted to attend activities with residents. We do require visitors to wear a mask while in our facility.

If you should test positive for COVID-19 and have visited the facility within the last week prior to testing positive, please call the facility Infection Control Department and notify us of potential exposure.
